Old Fort Loft is a contemporary three story apartment in the heart of downtown Fort Smith. On the first floor you will find a long garage big enough for two cars or 20 motorcycles. You will have full use of the garage during your stay. We have a Nema14-50 outlet, just right to charge your electric vehicle. The second floor has our living room with pull-out sofa, dining area, half bath, and full kitchen with island counter. Outside of the living area is a spacious porch with patio furniture. The third floor is where we keep the two bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious closet. The laundry room is also located on the 3rd floor. You will have access to the full sized washer/dryer.
