Villa Scottsdale is a tastefully furnished 1st floor condo with no stairs! This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for your getaway. Corner unit steps from the clubhouse and main pool, with assigned covered parking in gated area. Open floor plan, with split bedrooms for privacy. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own attached bathroom with over sized tub. One bedroom offers a King bed, and the other a Queen bed. The fully stocked kitchen features a gas range, granite counters and all the small appliances and cookware you will need; and then some! Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. The gated community features a beautifully remodeled clubhouse and 2 heated pools and spas; as well a full gym! Located just south of the 101, with a large variety of shopping, dining, grocery, golf, movies, etc. nearby.
