Summary: The staff were great, however the room was not clean. It looked so sloppy and “used” with a gross, used toilet paper roll, used tissue box, used paper-towels (they were soggy and dirty as if they’d be dropped and or old). The floor was gross to walk on, too. The soap in the kitchen area was half full (they can’t offer a new, unused $2 soap for a $300 room?), and the counters were barely wiped down. I was so disappointed. I will not be back to this particular hotel again.
