This beautiful community offers 29 free Executive golf courses, 9 Championship golf courses, tennis courts, 20+ swimming pools - some for swimming activities & some for leisurely relaxing in the sun, over 300 scheduled activities, bocce ball, billards, pickleball, dancing, arts & crafts & so much more. There are three town centers featuring live music and dancing nightly, restaurants, movie theaters & shopping. There's something for everyone here - you can be as active as you like or just sit back & relax with some of your new friends you'll meet.
The Pennecamp Neighborhood Pool is just steps away from this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom home. You'll feel like you're stepping into a model home the minute you open the front door. This home boasts a bright & airy feeling with the open floor plan & vaulted ceiling. With the open kitchen, you'll never feel secluded from guests while entertaining. The living room has comfortable seating and a 50" UHD TV to watch your favorite shows or catch the big game with friends & family. This home is a split bedroom plan with the master bedroom and private bath on one side of the home and the guest wing with two guest rooms & guest bath on the other side of the home. The master bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed, private master bathroom and large closet. The guest wing is separated from the main part of the home with a pocket door to give it a nice private feeling if you should happen to have overnight guests. The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and the den has a full size futon with a 43" flat screen TV. You will also find a full size blow up bed if you need a little extra sleeping space for the grand kids. The lanai is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the news on the 32" flat screen TV and plan your busy day of recreation or enjoy pre-dinner drinks before heading off to Lake Sumter Landing's Market Square to dance the night away.
