Fort Morgan is situated at the westernmost end of the peninsula, surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico to the south and Mobile Bay to the west, ending at Mobile Point. Although Fort Morgan has a Gulf Shores mailing address, it is actually an unincorporated part of Baldwin County.
