This home has beautiful Acacia hardwood and upgrades throughout. The chef's kitchen has beautiful granite with bar seating along with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gas cooktop. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you could need! Bathrooms have been updated with new cabinets, quartz countertops and lighting, The lovely main level master suite has a built in desk. Two sliding glass doors off the family room invite you to a large deck with plenty of room for entertaining. Sit and relax with family and friends while enjoying the serenity of the forest behind. There is also a smaller downstairs deck off the downstairs 2nd family room with access to the backyard. Amazing trailheads are just up the street, so you can hike, bike and snow shoe without getting in your car!

Floating down the Truckee River is fun for all ages to enjoy! Paige Meadows trail head is just up the street! This home and its location will not disappoint!

Park in our 2 car garage. A service clears our driveway when it snows so if a car is in the driveway, it will have to be moved.
NO PARKING is allowed on the street November 1-May 1. Any cars on the street will be towed at owners expense.
***SUMMER***This Home is not walking distance to the lake because the neighborhood is up a steep hill. It is a short 5 minute drive to the private HOA beach.
