Welcome to The Shores 6, our rare offering to vacation in 2 individual beach houses located right across from each other in prestigious La Jolla! Live the beach lifestyle in these stunning single family houses just blocks to surf & swim-friendly LJ Shores beach. These premier 3-level homes are both situated on corner lots located in an enclave of 6 homes. Both have identical floorplans & designed with the finest attention to detail & an inviting “beachy” aesthetic. Each house includes 3br's + 3.5ba's + sleeps 8 + 3 outdoor spaces for a combined offering of 6br's + 7ba's + sleeps 16 (12 adults max) + 6 outdoor spaces. Each has their own separate entries & pricing includes both units.
GROUND LEVEL (2 car garage + Br #1 + Ba#1)
Each of our homes have identical layouts & ideally situated on the premier western-most corner lot allowing for extra privacy & views out to the ocean from the third level. Upon arrival guests will be greeted by a beautiful beachy aesthetic with modern touches. The clean white exterior is complimented by with interior blue/gray/white tones. Enter via our 2 car attached side x side attached parking garage or fully gated side patio pavers that will lead you to the main front entry. Off the main entry is a private bedroom/den (*note this is a den space with no door, but is very private as it's located off the stairway). This room doubles as a tv lounge & bedroom, with a SMART TV, sliding patio doors that lead to a side yard & is a great space to sleep, relax & watch tv. Rounding out this space is a full restroom with surround shower, side x side washer/dryer & convenient outdoor hose spicket for rinsing off.
SECOND LEVEL (Main Living Area + half ba)
In each house a flight of stairs with beautiful hardwood flooring & decorative handrails leads you to a light, bright, open-floor plan second level… the ideal setting for gathering with your entire group. The Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area all flow seamlessly into an oversized outdoor deck. This area is filled with lots of natural light & offers a variety of indoor/outdoor seating areas.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features an oversized center island with modern pendant lighting & bar seating for 4, stunning marble countertops, high-end stainless steel Viking brand appliances & a wonderful walk-in pantry. Adjacent to the kitchen is a 6-person dining table with adjacent access to 2 outdoor decks with extra seating & BBQ. The living room includes a plush designer sofa, 2 charming accent chairs, amazing Samsung Picture Frame SMART TV & sleek high end SONOS Soundbar that is great for movies, sports, & playing your favorite music. You will also find a half bath on this level.
THIRD LEVEL (Master Suite + Br#3 + Ba#2&3)
Enjoy a glass of wine with sunset & ocean views from your exclusive master suite balcony. This private sanctuary is light, bright & airy with lots of windows & cool ocean breezes flowing through. Features include a King bed in each house, mounted flat screen SMART TV in each unit, double door closet & ensuite bath with a marble countertop vanity and beautiful surround tile shower.

LOCATION
We are conveniently situated a few blocks to well – known swim & surf friendly La Jolla Shores Beach. Just a 1 minute walk will get you to the ocean and everything else the Shores has to offer including dining, shopping, and if you're brave enough, kayak through the caves with a guided tour!
Explore the rest of what La Jolla has to offer. Just up the road is La Jolla Cove where you can watch the sea lions. Surf some of the historic and famous waves at nearby Blacks Beach & Windnsea Beach. The nightlife always has something going on no matter what day of the week; catch a show at The Comedy Store or enjoy a special upscale meal at The Marine Room or George's at the Cove. All of our guests receive a comprehensive list of local recommended restaurants, activities, and attractions, most of which can also be found on our website.
POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES
• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.
• COMBINATION LISTINGS | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve a approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
