And for boaters there is a public boat launch access in town also. Professional style kitchen, granite counters, commercial 4 burner & griddle stove with double oven, large island, 48" refrig and a great walk-in pantry for all your groceries with an additional full size sink and 2nd refrig.and all necessary small appliances. French doors open to masive screened porch overlooking sound and saltwater pool with gas grill, rocking chairs, lounge chairs and dining table with access to pool area down spiral stairs. Take stroll down private quiet street to enjoy community playground with basket ball hoop and private community pool, local cafe & coffee shop, a Bistro offering live local music, upscale spa, really great book store, ladies boutique, and more. The ocean beach with lifeguards also just a few blocks, a quick drive across the main road.
