Beautifully updated townhouse located in amenity rich community of Village of Five Points. This Townhouse is the larger model unit with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathroom and 2,600SF. 1st floor has open concept with combined living and dining room. Kitchen is spacious with an island and breakfast nook which seats 4. Sliding glass door, in the kitchen leads to a private concrete patio with grill. 2nd floor presents another living space with fireplace and TV and large wrap around sectional. Down the hall you'll find 2 more bedrooms (one has bunk beds) and bathroom with tub/shower combo, and a laundry room. On the 3rd floor you have the master suite and bathroom. Bathroom has shower and tub/shower combo. Across the hall is another bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Townhouse has tons of natural sunlight beaming in ALL day long.

LINENS: This rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. Sunset Rentals will provide contact information for several local linen rental companies in our welcome letter. The welcome letter is emailed out 2 weeks prior to occupancy date.

The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $95 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date then 100% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date then 50% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee)
