Lovely cottage-style accommodation (2 bedroom/1 bath) in circa 1890 two-family beach house in Victorian Ocean Grove less than 1/2 block to the beach. Enjoy Ocean Grove's beautiful beaches and friendly and quaint small town feeling. Enjoy the many wonderful events, concerts and recreational activities. Ocean Grove is a charming place to relax and decompress from the stress of daily life. Your place at the beach is well-located on the sunny side of a pretty street in the desirable south end of Ocean Grove just steps to the boardwalk. We are also close to the pier and steps away from the beach office, showers and facilities on the uncluttered, uncommercial boardwalk. Park and tennis court nearby. The front yard and a barbecue grill is available for your use. We also have a nice front porch.
This is an entirely non-smoking property - inside as well as outside (porch and yard). As such, it is not recommended that those who smoke book this rental.
This second-floor unit has views of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean from the living and dining rooms with its 13 large windows with safety latches. It sleeps 4 comfortably with 2 pullout sofas for an occasional overnight guest (2 additional persons). The decor is beachy, light and airy. There are ceiling fans and air conditioners throughout. Three beach passes are included with your rental.
For the safety of all of our guests, we have been following the guidelines for enhanced cleaning and disinfection since the COVID-19 pandemic.
Please contact owner for any special circumstances (less/greater than minimum number of days, different check-in day or discount - if available, etc). We will get back to you quickly. Two week minimums are preferred during the summer months, however some weekly rentals are available.. Ask about extending the last week of August into Labor Day weekend, which is late this year.
