With 9.5ft ceilings, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, and massive picture windows in every room you will never miss a sunrise or sunset over the glistening waters. In the morning the whole width of the condo, nearly every room, is bathed in sunlight giving a wonderful start to the day. Every night can be a game night with your very own pool table, shuffleboard, and dartboard right in the condo's main 28ft x 42ft reception room that opens up to a 28ft x 12ft balcony with panoramic views. It is impossible to have a dull moment during your stay at this stunning property.
This large 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom condo provides ample space for a large family or multiple vacationing couples. Every bedroom is bright and has beautiful open water views in every direction.
The Master suite has queen size bed, flat-screen TV, a huge walk-in closet, and an adjoining sitting room leading to a private balcony overlooking the beach to the North and the adjacent Sandpearl Hotel. Observe boats, dolphins, water activities, passing cars, restaurants, and bars 16 stories below you. Bathe like royalty in the large tub in the attached master bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, double vanity, and a private lavatory.
The first guest bedroom also has a large private balcony with a breathtaking southern overlook of the gulf, Pier 60, and the bay. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
The second guest bedroom has 3 twin beds two of which can be configured as a King bed, a large bathroom with a shower, and closet space.
The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, flat-screen TV, a closet, and a large panoramic window with views to the East.
The large kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, abundant storage space, and stainless steel appliances. An elegant Hi-top dining table with seating for eight is in the attached eating area with a waterfront view. In addition, there is a separate bar area with a sink, glass cabinets, and wine fridge.
The condo has a spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer. There is plenty of storage space for cleaning supplies and a large sink.
The serenely designed resort-quality sun deck on the third floor features an enormous pool, private cabanas, a hot spa, three large grills, numerous seating areas, and lush tropical landscaping all with endless views of the enchanting Gulf of Mexico. With the exception of the usual public holidays, the pool deck is generally beautifully quiet and not very busy providing lots of seating options and a high level of privacy. The pool is generally maintained at a temperature in the high 80s year-round. Adjacent to the pool deck is a recreation room with TV, a Dining area and work areas, a kitchen facility for entertaining, a pool table room with TV, and a fully equipped workout room with TVs and a conference room. Attached are male and female locker rooms each with showers, toilets, Steam room, and Sauna.
The adjacent hotel resort pool is only for the use of the hotel guests but the hotel has many dining and resort facilities open to the public.
Fresh coffee is brewed daily on the 2nd and 3rd floor and there is a 24/7 concierge service. A building manager is on-site during weekdays and will give tenants an orientation tour on arrival.
The beach is cleaned and tilled every morning, making it the BEST BEACH IN FLORIDA. Brilliant white, soft sand! The beach is busy to the South and quiet to the North!
Beach chairs, loungers, and umbrellas are available for rent nearby. Beach parasailing, jetski, kayak, and water sport rentals can be rented on the beach right in front of the property.
Abundant charter fishing boats, dinner cruise ships, pirate ships, sightseeing boats, schooners, and catamaran sunset trips are available at the roundabout marina.
