perfectly located King Suite with private outdoor pond room is accessed through a separate entrance from outside side porch. Beautifully appointed accommodation has marble ensuite bathroom with Fantini fixtures, large soaking tub, separate shower and WC. Features AC thermostat ,ceiling fan, desk, Smart TV, and private garden room screened with boxwoods and perennials with lounger chaises, formal pond and covered porches on prestigious South of Highway Village Lane with close proximity to Village shopping, dining, Jitney stop and Ocean beaches.
A white gate from pond room leads to the back heated gunite saltwater pool set in a beautiful garden setting with multiple lounging areas.
Hi-speed free WiFi works throughout property inside and out.
Close proximity to everything. Main Street dining ,shopping,jitney stop is a quarter mile away. Egypt beach and Maidstone club is within a mile.
There is a free circuit shuttle to Main beach where guests can use my locker, chairs, umbrellas, towels and use of facilities inside showers.
There is parking for one car within the gated driveway for this rental.
Pool House is to be accessed exclusively during the day from 6am to 6pm for the purpose of heating prepared bought foods only. It has a wetbar with full refrigerator, sink, microwave, and toaster( Sorry no cooking is allowed) Please use the table in covered patio for eating
Breakfast- Pool house also has Nesprsso and electric teakettle with pods and assorted teas, creamers, OJ, and muffins and/or croissants and yogurts offered daily upon request.
Also outside hot water shower on side of pool house for guest use. please shower off beach sand before entering pool house or swimming pool
