The large yard is ideal for lawn games, picnics, and evenings around the firepit, while the private dock offers easy access to Sugar Creek—one of the best fishing spots on the lake. Guests can use the provided rowboat, canoe, or paddle boat to explore the calm waters or paddle out to the sandbar just offshore for a refreshing swim.
Inside, the home features a bright, open living area with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a beautiful fieldstone fireplace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for easy meal prep, and the sunroom—with six sliding glass doors—invites you to enjoy the lake views from morning to night.
The main-level primary suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, plus access to a private deck with a hot tub and outdoor shower. Note: The docks water depth can vary from 1.5 to 3 feet. The bottom is soft and boats with shallow drafts and trim dock easily. Cattails line the shore and Lilly pads make this one of Keuka's best fishing spots. Excellent swimming is available 300' off shore, the "sand bar". A rowboat, a canoe and purple paddle boat are provided for easy access. Swimming off the dock is poor.
