The gated private studio unit is situated within walking distance to Front Street - Lots of great restaurants, art galleries, historical sites and surfing located 1 block away from the unit. Great place for couples or the adventurous go getter.

- Please clean up after yourself - trash, dishes, towels in hamper, etc.
- Please conserve electricity - turn off fans, lights & A/C when leaving the house. (make sure all windows are closed when using A/C)
- This is a non-smoking home. You will be assessed $300 if there is smoking of any kind in the unit.
- Access codes to the unit/property will ONLY be given to guests listed on reservation.
- Quiet time from 10pm till 7am.
- Check in aft 3pm / Check out by 11am.
- Maximum guest for unit is (2).
- (2) night minimum stay. Rates are subject to change.
- Please rinse off after enjoying the beach with the outdoor hose in your patio area before entering unit.
- Please respect our home as you would your own. If you break something, something goes missing or if there are damages to the unit - you will be billed accordingly.
You must also acknowledge:
- Potential for noise - Just your average city type noise ( bus, garbage truck, car alarms, people talking, etc ) since we are right in the heart of Lahaina Town
- Must climb stairs - Short climb up to your loft style bedroom
- Surveillance or recording devices on property - Perimeter security camera that is on 24/7
