Guests have access to the entire property except the garage. They can park in the driveway behind the electric driveway gate opener and access the front door via shared code

For pool heating add $50 per day. July, August, September $30 per day. The hot tub heating is included in your nightly rate.

There are to be NO pets permitted on the Property - Licensees who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a minimum of $1000 and may be immediately evicted from the Property. No smoking!
