Discreetly nestled on Leonard Mountain and just minutes from Tulsa/Bixby, the picturesque grounds of Whitehaven Ridge can be your home away from home. Sprawled over 4-acres, the grounds of Whitehaven Ridge provide a rustic country, yet modern day feel. The 1,500 sq ft home offers 2 bed/2 bath, (sleeps 5 guests), a large deck and porch, as well as a hot tub to soak your troubles away (closed during summer). Whitehaven Ridge is the perfect getaway when you just need a break, staycation or inspiration...
The space
This 1,500 sq ft home offers a huge 600 sq ft master bedroom, with vaulted/exposed ceilings, free standing bathtub, and an adjoining bathroom with full-size walk in shower. It comes with a king size bed and the perfect mood lighting on both the vaulted ceiling and the bed. The master bedroom also offers a 65" ceiling mounted smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a smart TV (requires an Amazon account to log in. The house comes with a kitchen providing all of the amenities needed, including a Keurig coffee maker and kettle. The second bathroom has a full size shower. The home also offers a laundry room complete with washer and dryer. The front porch has a table and chairs, as well as a 65" smart TV where you can relax and catch up on your favorite Netflix shows )account required. The house boasts a very large wrap around deck that has loungers, privacy and everything you need to sit back and relax. Follow the deck to the large hot tub or down the stairs to the fire pit. Both the hot tub and fire-pit are not open during the summer months.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the house, the deck and the porch. This space is theirs for the duration of the stay and is not shared by anyone else.
Other things to note
Owner lives on site in a separate house, and is also a police officer. We do not allow parties, loud music or more than 5 guests. If you do any of these things you will be escorted off the property immediately. If you're looking for somewhere to host a bachelor party this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a quiet space to relax then you have found the right spot. We require all guests to sign our rental agreement prior to arriving at the property.
