Summary: The pool has really short hours, 10:30-5. We had mediocre service from the restaurants and at the pool. They didn’t have the room we reserved and we had to really push them to upgrade to get the king bed we reserved instead of downgrading to 2 queens in an equivalent room. The gym was pretty good - probably the most crowded place on the property. It really is isolated, however. Lyft and Uber take extra time to get there. Someone booked the whole shuttle at the time we needed to get to the airport on time, and they offered for us to take the ride an hour earlier. So much for complimentary shuttle, we had to call uber.probably not a place I will go back to.
