There is a 1st floor guest bedroom & bath. Also a full separate laundry room w/ NEW washer & dryer located on the 1st floor for your convenience.
The 2nd floor reveals... the sun filled spacious living room that opens up to a large deck for sunbathing, dining or simply relaxing at the end of the day…looking out at great sunsets & Water views. An open bar divides the fully outfitted kitchen w/ NEW Stainless Steel Stove & Side/Side Refrigerator & dining area w/a 2nd balcony with a great BBQ gas grill with table & Chairs
The 3rd floor... All new flooring! You will find the master-bedroom has breath taking views of the waterfront & offers a private master-bath.
The large 2nd guest bedroom & bath is also located on the 3rd floor.
The townhome has its own outdoor shower, 2 decks front and back & private parking for two cars located below the unit.
There is also extra parking, as well!
