Complete pool and patio remodel completed 11/2025. Spacious sunshelf with seating and bubbler. Super relaxing water sound feature and fun for kids of all ages to play in. Two 7 foot benches in the deep end so you can relax and easily communicate with all areas of the pool, patio and hot tub! This is the perfect space with numerous seation options that will accommodate everyone in your group. Must see to fully appreciate!

***You won't find beds stuffed into every nook and cranny of this home (and NO bunkbeds!) because there doesn't need to be! 5 large spacious bedrooms with space for large groups of friends and family! *** And no one will need to sleep in the open common areas either. Bring your aunts, uncles, cousins, plus the Grand's, there is room for everyone! Very unique floorplan puts 3 guestrooms in one wing with a shared bathroom and both primary suites have their own wings on opposite ends of the home! (Think "T" shaped)

Indian Springs Estates is a small, quaint, private community along the Intracoastal Waterway and just minutes from the beach. This residence can accommodate up to 15 overnight guests with ample parking. A short drive will give you easy access to Clearwater Beach, Madiera Beach, Johns Pass, Treasure Island, St. Pete Beach, or Fort DeSoto and more. This location is unbeatable and just waiting to be your Florida dream vacation home away from home!
