The top floor is a light-flooded great room with beautiful views on two sides includes a fireplace, gorgeous designer pieces, atop limestone floors. High end kitchen with granite counter tops, center island/breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances (Sub-zero, Boschl, Jenn-Air). Beautiful view deck off the great room with gas BBQ at the ready and white cabana-like curtains creating the feel of being on the roof of a hip boutique hotel.
On its own level of the home, your sumptuous master suite offers a private retreat with a king size memory foam bed, a secluded covered patio with lounge furniture perfect for reading or relaxing after a bath, and a luxurious master bath with sunken Jacuzzi tub and extra-large walk in shower.
The spacious game room/family room on the 1st floor is adjacent to the tennis courts, and has a fireplace, large flat screen TV, card table, a foosball table on the patio, and an awesome pool table that converts into an air hockey table and ping pong table! Stocked with a selection of great board games/toys furnished for your enjoyment during your stay.
The 1st floor also includes 2 wonderful bedrooms. One is very large with soaring ceilings and lots of light, Cal King Bed, desk, plus 2 big closets including a walk-in. 3rd bedroom has a queen bed and is beautifully appointed.
We are literally next door to Live Oak Park which has beautiful tennis and basketball courts, baseball and soccer fields and batting cages, and two separate kid's playgrounds - one fully enclosed beautifully renovated "tot lot" with several great play structures, gazebo, benches and greenery. We offer access to our well-equipped sports closet which includes boogie boards, tennis and badminton rackets, beach chairs, umbrellas, and an assortment of volleyball, basketball, soccer balls.
