PETS
Pets that are house trained and less than 50 lbs are allowed for a $100 fee (2 pets maximum). Please notify us if you are bringing your furry friend and reach out with any questions regarding this rule.
HOME LAYOUT: When entering the front door, you will walk into the foyer to the open design among the dining room, kitchen, and family room.
-Living room: Sink into the sofa after a long adventurous day by watching a movie/show on our SMART TV.
-Kitchen - Fully stocked with all of the kitchen necessities you need to prepare a great meal at home. You will find a stovetop, oven, and a full-size refrigerator to fix meals for your group. The large granite kitchen counters offer plenty of counter space for all the chefs in the kitchen. There is a hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, coffee, tea, sugar, sugar substitutes, and creamer. It also includes a Toaster, Baking Sheets, Spice rack, Olive Oil, and much more!
BEDROOM 1 (Main)
The “main bedroom” is outfitted with a Queen bed, closet, lamp and ceiling fan
MAIN BATH
The main bathroom has a shower/tub combination, vanity, and amenities including a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
SECOND BATH(Lower level)
The shared bathroom includes a bathtub, a shower, and a single vanity sink with storage. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

CHILD FRIENDLY - The home is child-friendly, and to make your life easier, we have a pack n play, children's dinnerware, and a highchair for you to use during your stay.
PARKING: the house accommodates 3-4 cars depending on size. Please note that parking on the street is prohibited.
GUEST REGISTRATION: Due to the strict short-term rental rules, the community requires guests to pay the community directly an extra fee depending upon the size of your party. Once registered, you'll have access to all amenities the community offers such as kayaking, fishing (must have a fishing license), tennis courts, and more.
Failure to register will result in a $250 fine that will be charged to the guest!

Per Person Fee: $9 per person per night over 6 people (for example, if you have 10 guest, this fee would only apply to the additional 4; children under 12 years of age are free)

GUEST REGISTRATION:
Due to the strict short-term rental rules, the local community requires us to register all guests. Please contact our customer support term (contact below) so that they can do the registration for you. They need the full name of the guests, car model, and vehicle plates. There is a fine of $200 for non-registered guests.
PARKING:
Parking capacity for max 3-4 cars depending on size. Parking on the streets is not allowed and are subjected to towing.
CLEANING
Please be mindful of the guests who will check in after you and do not leave garbage in the house or outside. We are following strict cleaning protocols. In case the trash compactor is closed, please leave the remaining trash bags at the entrance (inside) of the house.

By booking and accepting this reservation, you confirm and acknowledge that: All guests included in the booking comply with the Airbnb minimum age terms and that all guests are a minimum of 18 years old. DAMAGE NOTIFICATION
Guests should notify the Host of any defect or malfunction in the property within two (2) hours notice. Failure to give such notice shall be deemed acceptable by the guest.

The house is surveillance by exterior cameras to ensure we both are protected. Please do not lean on the elevated deck. Please do not use outdoor wood fire pits on wood decks. The use of fire pits under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, and drugs is not permitted. As per the terms and conditions of this booking, negligent guests are liable for any damage caused due to the misuse of fire pits and grills.
The property is inspected after each checkout and compliance to the rules below will be diligently verified:
GENERAL:
• Do not smoke in the property. Any sign of indoor smoking, guest will be charged $500 fine.
OUTDOOR FIRE PITS:
• Do not leave the outdoor wood fire pits unattended
• Do not remove the metal covers of the outdoor wood fire pits
• The use of fire pits under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, drugs is not
permitted
• Do not position a fire pit under a covered porch or low hanging tree
branches
• Do not put garbage or paper products into the fire
• Do not leave the fire pit burning overnight
• Please note that in case of accidents the fire extinguishers are located
close to the fire pits
BARBECUE GRILL
• Clean the grill after using it
• Turn on the gas while your grill lid is closed
• Do not leave the grill unattended
JACUZZI
• Hot water immersion while under the influence of alcohol, narcotics,
drugs or medicines may lead to serious consequences and is not
permitted.
• Do not leave the Jacuzzi uncovered after use
• Children under 5 should never be in the hot tub
DECK:
• Do not lean on the elevated deck
