The first floor hosts a studio apartment with sound views and direct access to the fenced-in yard. Queen bedroom with en suite and a full kitchen.
The top floor offers a great room overlooking the canal with another full kitchen with an island and dining area. Directly off of the great room is a screened-in porch with plenty of seating and a deck overlooking the canal.
The top floor also has 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (including king master with en suite), and a full-size washer and dryer. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and the full house is air conditioned.
Outside, there is a fenced-in yard and private dock with seating, gas grill, picnic table, adirondack chairs, and an outdoor shower. There is a seating area under the house and a full-size basketball hoop.
