• Booking Requirements: You must be at least 25 years old to book. Please provide a copy of your driver's license and sign our rental agreement to confirm your reservation.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be requested in writing to customersupport@mbvacationhomerentals.com at least 60 days in advance for a refund, minus a $150 cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 30 days of arrival, no refunds will be issued. Travel insurance is recommended.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking in the unit (deep cleaning fee applies for smoking), no groups under 25, and no house parties. No locals allowed. Motorcycles are allowed, but trailers are not.
• Access to Beach & Pier: Just 75 yards to the beach and a short walk to Cherry Grove Pier.
• Perfect for Groups: With 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, this property comfortably accommodates large groups.
