Security camera installed outside, this is the only camera and is used for security purposes and to monitor guest count.
The entire complex is gated and secured - to leave the property you need to pull your car up very close to the gate to activate the opening. If you leave on foot - you will use a key provided to unlock a gate.
TRASH - city picks up early WEDNESDAY, please roll city trash & recycling cans to Lead Ave curb using the gate remote to open the gate on Thursday night or early Wednesday.
