When you walk in your greeted by brick foyer, living room with sofa and TV. The kitchen is complete with everything you need for cooking. Then, find a full bathroom with shower and spacious king bedroom with cozy reading nook and TV.

Guests have access to the entirety of the apartment with the exception of an owner's closet.

Located just minutes North of the James River right off of I-95 and super central to all of Richmond's finest restaurants and attractions!

Street parking is free on nights and weekends.

PARKING: *** Please note that we are unable to provide complimentary daily parking passes or permits for parking at our premises, as per the building's property management team's regulations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding, as this matter is beyond our control.

However, you are welcome to utilize the public lot located at the corner of SOUTH 18TH STREET and EAST MAIN STREET, directly across from the pizza place. Please be aware that parking at this lot typically incurs a fee of at least $21 per day. This lot is the closest option, situated just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

Additionally, we encourage you to explore other nearby parking areas and lots as alternatives. We understand that this may require adjustments and sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. ***

Check-out time is 10:00am.
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 9:00am.
Dogs are allowed (up to two dogs only).
Please, no dogs on furniture or beds. Additional cleaning fees may be charged for excess dog hair or damage.
Absolutely no smoking inside. A cleaning fee of $250 dollars will be charged if evidence of smoking cigarettes and/or marijuana indoors is detected.
Please dispose of all trash prior to departing and during your stay. Trash days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You can set the trash outside on the Welcome mat in the morning, please.
Please only put toilet paper in the toilets.
Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, run and put away prior to departure.
Please leave all DIRTY towels and linens in front of the washer/dryer.
Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
