This free-standing 3-bedroom home with 1.5 baths includes a full kitchen, a backyard with a firepit to enjoy, as well as outdoor furniture and much more!

This property is a two-level free standing home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms in total. With closet space to store your clothing in each, two of the bedrooms contain queen-sized beds and the master contains a king-sized bed with a balcony overlooking the backyard. The full bathroom upstairs contains a shower/tub combo and all the linens, bath towels, washrags and hand towels you'll need during your stay along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Downstairs you'll find the living area with ample seating and a TV for your entertainment. The dining area contains a farmhouse table with bench seating - enough for six people and a bar setup with a few stools and tools to concoct a crafty drink, if preferred! The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Keurig coffee maker, oven, stove top, and any utensils/dishware needed to prepare and cook meals. Out back, you'll find additional seating on the patio, a grill and a fire pit to utilize during the cold weather, along with more outdoor seating.

Guests have full access to the property - it is not shared by any other guests or the owner. The property is accessible by an electronic keypad.

There are numerous outstanding restaurants and historical parks in the area that are only a few minutes of a drive and less than a fifteen minute walk to from the property. The neighborhood is quiet and historical and located nearby to the James River, as well as Rocketts Landing.

Street parking is available to our guests. It's possible to walk and bike around other than driving, but Uber, Lyft and taxis are available in this area.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.
-Check-in time is 4:00pm.
-Check-out time is 10:00am.
-Dogs are allowed (up to two dogs only).
-Please clean up after your dog.
-Please, no dogs on furniture or beds. Pick up all droppings from the yard. Additional cleaning fee may be charged for excess dog hair, damage, or droppings in the yard due to dogs.
-No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guest(s) after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
-Set air-conditioning to 74 degrees in summer months or heat to 68 degrees in winter months before checking out.
-Keep all exterior doors/windows shut when air-conditioning/heating is running to help keep house cool/warm.
-Dispose of all trash prior to departure in trash bins outside of fence in back yard.
-Please keep trash bins outside of the fence or the trash company will not be able to empty it on trash day.
-Only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Strip used sheets and pillowcases from beds and place them in laundry baskets, as well as used towels.
-Place any used dishes in dishwasher, run and put clean dishes back in cabinets and drawers prior to departure.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and/or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
