Heat pumps can typically warm the pool up to 10–20°F above the current air temperature, so on cooler days, it may not reach the full set temperature. No refunds will be provided due to weather conditions or heater performance.
Please note that pool maintenance is handled by external contractors and takes place every Sunday and Wednesday. You may see maintenance personnel during your stay, but the exact timing may vary. Thank you for your understanding!
There's no need to take the garbage bins to the curb. We offer valet trash service, and our team will ensure the bins are taken out every Monday and Thursday night.
