**** EVERYONE STAYING AT THE APARTMENT HAS TO BE INCLUDED IN THE GUEST COUNT, INCLUDING CHILDREN**** To comply with COVID-19 State Law and Social Distancing, we won't allow more than 10 guests in the house. Absolutely, NO VISITORS will be permitted, only the number of people reflected on your reservation will be allowed to stay. We will strictly enforce this house rule and if you don't adhere to it, I will notify VRBO about it and you will be asked to leave immediately for breaking our house rules. We do have exterior cameras to monitor the number of people going into our property. This lovely apartment is located in Union City, New Jersey which is less than 5 miles away from MIDTOWN MANHATTAN / Times Square / Port Authority Bus Terminal. Union City is a HIDDEN TREASURE on the other side of the Lincoln Tunnel and it is only a 20-25 minute bus ride from our location ( except during rush hours 7:00 am - 9:00 am and 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm). The bus stop is only 1 block away from the apartment and the fare is $3.50, but if you buy a minimum of 10 tickets at a time, it will cost you $3.00. The buses run every 20 minutes and the last bus leaving The Port Authority Bus Terminal to the apartment is at 1:15 am Monday - Friday , 1:45 am on Saturday and 12:40 am on Sunday. In addition, there are shuttle buses running 24 hours, but leave you 17 blocks away from the apartment in the event that you need to travel after 1:45 am. You can also take the PATH train which runs 24 hours to Hoboken and then take a cab for approximately $7 to the apartment. We are closer to Midtown Manhattan than Brooklyn, The Bronx and most parts of Queens. New York transportation is only 1 block away from the house, the private shuttle buses (some of them run 24/7) and regular buses whose fares range from $3.00- $3.50 one way. You can enjoy the best of both worlds by staying in this apartment as you can enjoy New york all day long and come back to this safe, green and quiet neighborhood which is also very accessible to Hoboken, the official home of the famous Carlo s Bakery of Cake Boss and birth place of Frank Sinatra.. There are buses going to Hoboken one block away from the apartment and they ru every 20 minutes. Walking distance to supermarket, liquor store, groceries, bakeries, diner, shops, parks, etc. AMENITIES - Wireless Internet Access - Cable TV - Fresh Linens and Towels - Hair Dryer - Iron and ironing board - Body Wash - Shampoo - Conditioner, etc. DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT BEDROOM # 1 - has a king size bed with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2) . In addition, a twin floor mattress can be put here. (a total of 3 people can sleep in bedroom # 1) BEDROOM # 2 - has a QUEEN size bed with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2) (a total of 2 people can sleep in bedroom # 2) BEDROOM # 3 - has a bunk bed with a double QUEEN size bed with memory foam mattress (sleeps 4) + 1 TWIN size bed with memory foam mattress. (a total of 5 people can sleep in bedroom # 3) BEDROOM # 4 - has a bunk bed with a FULL size bed with memory foam mattress at the bottom (sleeps 2) + 1 TWIN size bed with memory foam mattress on top. In addition, it has a trundle bed at the bottom. ( a total of 4 people can sleep in Bedroom # 4 ) LIVING AND DINING AREA Pull out sofa which is a pull out and converts to a queen bed with memory foam mattress (sleeps 2 ) Kitchen fully equipped with , utensils, dishes, etc. Pots and Pans Coffee Maker (regular ) Toaster Microwave BATHROOM #1 Tub Shower BATHROOM #1 Tub Shower
