Our spacious condo (4 bedrooms/3 full baths) is located at 22 and Surf, right next to the SeaPort Pier. Come stay for a sun filled fun filled week at the beach with friends and family! Make this condo your summer happy place - full of fun vacation memories with family and friends. You do not have to cross any streets to get to the beach or boardwalk!
The condo is 2,050 square feet and features a two level design with a bright and spacious open concept living, kitchen, and dining rooms that are perfect for families to spread out while still being together. Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an en suite full bathroom, bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a twin bed, full bed and a twin trundle. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom. The lower level (bedroom 4) has a full bed, twin bed and twin trundle and as well as a full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee pot, and more. TV's are in all of the bedrooms with Roku’s hooked up. We have an outside shower, and a storage closet for beach chairs, toys and umbrellas, 2 designated parking spaces (one in driveway and one in garage).
The unit also has Laundry room with a full washer and dryer. This beach home is BYOL (bring your own linens). Our place is professionally cleaned between each rental. We do not permit smoking or pets.
