You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. As you walk in you will quickly notice the view through the sliding glass doors over looks water back yard and golf course. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a wall mounted flat screen TV for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large walk in closet, wall mounted flat screen TV, entrance door to the lanai, and a private master bath. The master bath offers a roman shower, his & her sinks and includes towels and linens. Both guest bedrooms are set up with a comfortable queen size bed for your guests to feel at home.The guest bath is roomy and has a tub/shower and includes extra towels and linens. The backyard has an AMAZING VIEW were you'll spend many hours relaxing in the lanai. It's the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or just curling up with a good book. You will find an OUTSIDE KITCHEN in the lanai for you to fire up and invite your friends over for dinner before heading into town and dancing the night away!
This beautiful home comes complete and includes a GAS GOLF CART, OUTDOOR KITCHEN, BICYCLES & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses with no greens fees. And these executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putt' courses. They present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
