The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center, pool table, Foosball, pool, and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub are open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear lake and the marina are across the street!! Beds for 12 people, licensed for 16. Parking for 4-5 cars, depending on vehicle size.
