Beautiful, family-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2-bath, 2nd floor of a duplex with living room, dining room, indoor laundry room, and a large lushly landscaped private yard with gazebo surrounded by high fencing, perfect for barbecuing. This Windansea Beach-area Vacation Home is just 2 1/2 blocks from the spectacular La Jolla coastline. The home was completely remodeled in the summer of 2011. Ocean views throughout the unit, especially nice sit-down view from living room couch. All-new kitchen has granite counter-tops, stainless-steel appliances with a sit-down eating area. Floor is carpeted throughout the roomy, furnished living room w/HDTV and Blu-Ray player, dining room, and 3 bedrooms. Master room: queen bed w/ HDTV and master bath. Second bedroom: queen bed w/HDTV. Third bedroom: twin beds. Pack & Play. Second bath: full tub and shower. Location is ideal for water sports: surfing, scuba, fishing and swimming. Less than a mile away is the quaint La Jolla Village with its unique shopping and fabulous dining. Public tennis courts and swimming pool two blocks away at La Jolla High School.
