Club Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki offers studios and one-bedroom presidential resort suites that comfortably sleep two to four guests and range from 380 to 815 square feet. The studio suites feature one king or one queen bed, a kitchenette and a private lanai in select suites. The one-bedroom presidential resort suite features one king bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. You will appreciate the convenience of a kitchenette, separate living/dining areas and a private lanai or balcony in select suites.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. ET at the main building on-site and check out time is 10 a.m. ET.

All reservations are subject to Hawaii's Transient Occupancy Tax upon check-out, which is approximately $12.82/day. This is in addition to the transient accommodations tax and sales tax collected on Airbnb's platform.

Since all Wyndham resorts use floating inventory, the units are not assigned to a guest until shortly before arrival. The photos in this listing are representative of the unit type as they are mostly uniform, but not necessarily the exact unit you will be in.

The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours.

Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another listing, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations.

A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file.

Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation.

Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.
