Beautiful 4- bedroom 3 full bath home in Reno NV, close to Lake Tahoe! This home has an option to add the attached in-law quarters, making this home 5 bedrooms and 4 baths.
First off, the Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 full bath home on very large lot. Backyard is fully fenced with pavers, fire pit, children’s play swing set with two slides and three swings , horse shoes, and tether ball to keep the whole family entertained. Covered outdoor furniture with outdoor lights and outdoor gas BBQ with umbrella sitting areas. Home is 30 minutes to Mt Rose Resort and 35 minutes to Lake Tahoe, 15 minute to Reno Tahoe International airport, 20 minutes to Virginia City, 15 minutes to downtown Reno, and 15-20 minutes to Sparks NEVADA events such as Rib cook off, Hot August nights, Hot Air Balloon races, Air Races and many other happenings in the area. Home sleeps 16 in 13 beds/roll aways.
Above ground Pool is seasonal- additional fees apply. Please inquire if interested in adding this amenity.
Upstairs;
Master bedroom has a king size Temper-Pedic bed and a single pull out couch. Also, a full-size bathroom with a large soaking tub, a large shower and double sink. Single futon bed in Master as well.
Bedroom two; has twin beds and two twin floor mattress under each bed to be pulled out into then common area, play n pack.
Bedroom three; has a queen bed.
Upstairs also has an additional full-size bathroom with shower tub and double sinks.
Downstairs;
Bedroom 4 has a queen Murphy’s bed.
Dining room; Has a large formal dining table, two bar tables in dining room with four additional stools plus huge island: Murphy twin bunk beds are located on the wall in the dining room.
The living room downstairs has all leather reclining couches, love seat and reclining chairs with USB outlets build in. Couch and sofa’s ottoman slept 2 additional guest.
Kitchen: Full size fridge, 5 gas burner stove, double oven, convection oven, dishwasher and coffee bar. Huge island for preparing meals.
One street facing security camera located at the entrance, and one on both sides of the house facing the street.
Please note- this house is only for registers guest only. No other individuals unless register guest are allowed on the property. $100 per day per unregistered guest will apply and be payable immediately for unregistered guests. Please make sure you reservation is accurate.
Pets allowed on approve with $250 per pet, per stay.

There is a second home attached to this home. It is a one bedroom and bathroom in-law quarters which is separate unit that is attached by two common doors, both with dead bolt locks. This unit opens to the main kitchen. The in lawsuit has a bedroom, private backyard and private front entrance. Kitchenette, full fridge plus convection oven. Also, has private fenced backyard and private front entrance. Making this a great second home to the property if additional room is needed. $185 per night additional Fees apply. Inform host you would like to add this to your reservation.
The additional booking of the in-lawsuits makes this property, 5 bedroom and 4 bath. Please inquire if interested. Otherwise, home will be as described above with 4 bedrooms and 3 bath.
Please note- Maintenance lives next door and is available if needed. This is not a party house and anyone attempting to do so will be asked to leave immediately. This home is in an upscale quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighborhood. be entered or accessed.
