This listing is nestled on one acre of land just outside of the hustle and bustle. Once a large barn/garage this apartment was the first of many renovations to revive the property and become a destination for those looking for a quiet getaway just off the beaten path. It's still about 25 minutes from the Oceanfront and Sandridge beach. The concert amphitheater and VB Sportsplex is less than 15 minutes away. This quaint studio apartment is one of three apartments that are all rentals. This apartment is upstairs and shares a narrow stairwell leading to 2 separate entrances to both upstairs apartments. Each apartment is rented and has it's own private bathroom and kitchenette. This listing has a small bathroom w/stand up shower, mini-fridge w/freezer drawer, microwave and toaster oven, plug in hot plate and electric grill, as well as a wall mounted TV w/cable and streaming options. We host many guests during the off season for longer term stays either moving in or out of the area. Ideal for 1-2 guests for longer stays. I live on site in the detached house show in pics. At the request of guests I try to make myself available to greet and show to the apartment. Otherwise I give guests their privacy and offer self check in. I can be reached me by email or text and am very quick to respond between the hours of 9am-11pm. Landscaping and other miscellaneous work will be ongoing as the entire property has undergone complete renovations. But nothing that should disturb your stay.
