As a result, there is a check-in gate for guests. On check-in day, please allow for extra time getting through the gate. The line can get pretty long with cars around 3 or 4pm while the gate works to get all the day's check-ins organized. We will do our best to get you in as early as possible to get ahead of the line. At the gate, security will require your name, driver's license, and license plate information (number and state). In addition, please note that you will have to drive or bike down to the gate to meet any Uber, Doordash, Instacart, or other types of contracted drivers. We understand the inconvenience, but also appreciate the community's heightened security measures to help ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay. Guests will receive (12) passes to access the pools, lakes, beaches during May to September season. If any passes are missing after the stay, guests will incur a $150 charge for each pass.
