The Diamond Duplex Apartment is located on the lower 2 levels of the home and includes a private garden. This townhouse boasts high ceilings; hardwood floors throughout except the bathrooms, 2 of which are beautifully tiled with carrerra marble and radiant floors. The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 people. The property has a master bedroom suite that consists of a large dressing area leading into one of the largest, gorgeous and spa-like bath's you have ever experience. This gracious bathroom boost (2) 7' carrerra marble sinks, a shower room with multiple showerheads, including a full body spray and a separate toilet room featuring a LeFroy Brooks pull chain toilet. Enjoy the large soaker tub after a full day. While you are enjoying the tub your partner can stay and enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing on the 6' cushioned bench. Back in the bedroom is a California King size bed, a large flat screen "smart" disappearing TV. Let's not forget to mention the amble seating. Want to go outside, open any of the (3 ) 10' window/doors. Step onto the Juliet balconies and view to the garden below. Oops, forgot to mention the kitchen does have a “smart" TV. The living room is eloquently appointed with a flat screen TV. For your convenience, a powder room is also on this level. The unit has washer/dryer, heating, air conditioning, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Included in the rate is weekly cleaning. All linens provided.
