Located in a lovely, walkable neighborhood with access to the Booker Creek Trail and Cedar Falls park/playground nearby, this home has 4 BR with two queen beds and two double beds, and plenty of common space for guests to relax. 3 full bathrooms make mornings easy, and the kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and everything you need to cook or bake. The front living room offers peace and quiet, and 2 large family rooms with wall-mounted screens enable you to stream movies, sports games, etc. The WiFi is Google fiber. For gamers, we have a ping pong table, Xbox One, board games, card decks and poker chips. The backyard is fenced with a deck, lots of overhead trees for shade, and a fire pit for relaxing and s’mores. Your dogs are welcome (max of 2 unless you get permission ahead of booking) and we have 2 medium size crates available if needed.
