- Full Condo Renovation Summer 2020. Outdoor Building Renovation of Mountain Lodge began in the Summer of 2020. Our Balconies will be reattached (and larger!) during the Summer of 2022 (labor shortage in 2021).
- "Addition of Amenities to Address Remote Working from Home/School, while on Vacation" - We have upgraded our condo internet to become one of the fastest on the mountain, added USB adapted plugs to many condo outlets, 2 lap desks, additional cooking supplies (no need to leave the condo) to an already overstocked kitchen, Sound Machines in both bedrooms (increased concentration), Xbox One (must bring your own wireless remote and login) and lastly Mountain Lodge has larger communal areas than any other building on the mountain. There are multiple clean locations to escape with you laptop, to work or study. Masks required in all indoor facilities (WV executive order). Your family can ski (watch them on the Ballhooter lift from our family room), enjoy time together, and feel COVID19 safe in our home away from home.
- "Outstanding Housekeeping Staff Adhering to Strict Disinfection/Cleaning Guidelines" - 90% of the Mountain Lodge Staff are full time/year round employees, who truly care about Snowshoe and the surrounding area. We have our own staff and they are broken down into teams with team leaders cross checking all work. You can take comfort in the cleanliness of our condo. We also provide additional cleaning supplies for optional use, during your stay.
-"Mountain Lodge underwent an Enormous Outdoor Renovation during the 2020 Summer. We will keep that ball rolling each Summer, as we are forecasting Larger Balconies and an Interior Renovation moving forward. Because of the nature of our business, updates are performed during the Summer Season. We are enjoying watching the Evolution of our building, as we continue to enjoy it's prime location!
Our Updated/Renovated Ski In/Ski Out Unit # 314 is the perfect accommodation for Nature's Mountain Playground. Our Master Bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed, Our 2nd Bedroom has a queen bed. The Family Room sofa converts to a Queen Size fold out bed. Both Bathrooms have been tastefully remodeled.
The kitchen has full sized appliances and is fully stocked with anything you need to cook your family meals. Also included are three Smart TVs (with Direct TV cable), an Xbox One (bring your own controllers and login), and DVD player. Available high chair, pack and play (please bring your own crib sheets), baby gates, 2 sound machines, lap desks, and more!
Mountain Lodge has an indoor playground, exercise equipment, a movie atrium, and a cozy lobby. Our private parking lot affords 2 sparking spaces for our 2BDR unit. The Split Rocks Pools are just on the other side of the Parking lot. Our unit is a 3-5 minute walk to the Center of the Village and Overlooks the BallHooter Life & Slopes.
